02 — Process

From waste stream to clean fuel

Four stages, one continuous flow. Material enters our stream and comes out the other side as fuel.

  1. Collect

    Waste plastic is gathered from commercial, industrial and municipal sources and routed into our stream.

  2. Prepare

    Material is sorted, cleaned and shredded so only suitable polymers move downstream.

  3. Convert

    In an oxygen-free reactor, heat breaks long polymer chains back down into hydrocarbon vapor.

  4. Refine

    The vapor is condensed and refined into clean-burning synthetic fuel, ready for use.
